The product - The main product offered on Slow Computer Help is an informational PDF eBook called "Slow Computer Emergency Repair Kit" The eBook guides you through basic and advanced techniques of speeding up your computer, and recommends the installation of professional anti-virus and computer optimization software that is freely available for download on the Internet. The eBook will take you step by step through this process.
To read the eBook you need Adobe Acrobat 7.0 or higher. If you do not have the programme Adobe Acrobat, click here to download it for free.
This eBook and bonus documentation is available in a single bundled Zip file. Most computers will have software necessary to unzip these files. If you do not have the neccessary software, you may download a free zip tool called 7-Zip.
Terms of Use
This ebook suggests "best practices" to use to correct errors and maintain a healthy computer system. It is to be used strictly for educational purposes. Pixeline Studios is not responsible nor liable for missteps outside this manual which may do further harm to your system, and recommends backing up your data where appropriate. The manual details points where backing up your system is recommended.

Payment process - My payment process is through Clickbank, via a secured digital delivery system provided by DL Guard. The Clickbank payment page is secured via a SSL certificate, and payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and Paypal. Your payment will be billed in US Dollars, and will appear in your statement as "CLKBANK*COM". I do not receive nor store your payment information, such as your credit card number. All information is securely handled by Clickbank.
Privacy policy - I respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. Pixeline Studios will NEVER sell, rent, trade, share or give your personal information to any other company for any reason. Your personal data will be treated confidentially, and I will only contact you if you contact me first.
Newsletters - I use Aweber to manage newsletter subscriptions. When you sign up for my newsletter, your name and e-mail address is stored on Aweber's secure servers. Your information is only used to send you the newsletter you signed up for, and you can unsubscribe at any time, by scrolling down to the end of any newsletter you receive.
Refund Policy - I make every effort to solve your computer problem. However, I realize not all computer problems are the same. If you are not satisfied with this eBook guide, please send me an email within 60 days of the transaction date to request a refund.
